On writing a book about Ressurection and the ressurected lifestyle I have come to a conclusion that Love is the main ingredient. When Jesus was raised up, he taught truths to his disciples on the Emmaus road, made a special breakfast for some of them and restored Peter, asking him: 'Do you love me?'
His Love is like a hallmark on a golden wedding ring of those betrothes to Him, our bridegroom. It is the mark which causes the world to see who His Bride is. His love causes His Bride, His Church to be able to hit the mark and be His true body. The Lord gave up His earthly life for us and showed us how to Love His Way. A life of sacrifice, a life of worship to Him, a life submitting to His will, a life of receiving His love; a love which flows out to others.
